motivational monday.

"Some else is happy with 

less than what you have."

This quote really speaks to me. We tend to take for granted the little things in life, when other people aren't as fortunate as others. I feel as if sometimes we aren't as grateful as we could be for the things / people we have in our lives, including myself. This year I'm going to step back and enjoy the little things in life, and be more grateful for what I have.

simple sunday.

watching: it's always sunny in philadelphia. I'm kind of addicted to this show, watched three seasons in two days. It's pretty bad, haha.

reading: The Promise. It's part of "The Fallen Star" series, really good series! I've kind of been dragging the last book out for two reasons. one: I don't want it to end. two: I don't know what I'll read next! 

needing: inspiration. I'm stuck on project life, I'm really just having a creative block...

obsessing: over project life. I spend so much time trying to think of the perfect things to do for project life, the perfect storage, perfect setup, layout...the list goes on. 

learning: is the discovery that something is possible. 

loving: being on break. It's been a great break, and I'm really not looking forward to going back to school. Can't wait to graduate. 

looking forward to: graduation. I don't want to be in high school anymore, I don't want to deal with it. I want to move on to bigger and better things, I want to expand in graphic design.

pinning: absolutely everything. inspirational things.

I hope everyone has had a great week, and a great start to the new year!

As you all know, I have started the adventures of project life. So far I'm absolutely loving it! I've been struggling to find the absolute perfect storage / organization to keep all my goodies in, but I finally found something that I absolutely love! It's a bathroom drawer insert from Target! I absolutely lovelovelove Target, it's my go to store for just about everything! 

What's cool about the bathroom drawer inserts versus the kitchen and closet inserts is the depth of the slots. All of the other ones were real shallow and I was afraid of my stuff just tipping right out of it, I fell in love with the bathroom inserts! The pictures above show how well it holds my products. 

 

Also, I have found some more storage from Ikea's Antonius collection, which I will also be getting! I saw it and totally fell in love! It's a little wire basket with an insert as well! I will definitely be getting this stuff as soon as possible!

After the excitement of finding storage / organization for my project life stuff, I finally got the cover page started! I've already redone it once, and this time I think it's going to stick. I'm not completely finished with it yet, but it's a work in progress!(: I used the Dear Lizzy 5th & Frolic line! I lovelovelove everything Dear Lizzy, it's always so upbeat and fun to work with!

favorite friday.

drink: wild strawberry crystal light. best. stuff. ever. This is always my go to drink and what makes it even better...there is like nothing in it so it's not bad for you! That's what I'm talking about.

technology: my kindle fire. I lovelovelove my kindle! It's the perfect size, just the right weight, not too heavy or too light, it's just all around a perfect little mechanism that I enjoy reading my books on. It doesn't freeze up on me or anything it's a really good piece of technology. If you're indecisive about whether to get it or not, I would totally recommend getting it!

thing in scrapbooking right now: well...this was a tough one. I love so many things, thickers, washi tape, date stamps. all of it. So I don't think I'm going to be able to narrow that one down....but there's three things!
